  • 8% price increase

Carrier

  • 9% price increase
  • Effective August 15, 2026

Trane

  • 10% price increase
  • Effective September 1, 2026

While the exact cost depends on the type of system you choose, these increases can easily add several hundred dollars to a typical home HVAC installation.
