Victor and Kevin work really fast and and very professional I will always recommend this company My hvac guys for life now

I called midnight in the middle of a heat wave in my air conditioner stopped working. They were out almost immediately diagnosed with system, solved the problem And I couldn’t be happier to be ready for July 4th and World Cup games and not be sweating all day and night. Victor made sure I understood all the options and how to best maintain the system to keep it functioning properly.

Had an excellent consultation visit with Victor and a smooth HVAC system install with Ahmed and Rob. Everyone I spoke with at HVAC Philly was kind, knowledgeable, and informative. I would highly recommend HVAC Philly to everyone!

Called in for an emergency on a Saturday and they were the only ones that picked up! They came the day of for a diagnostic and gave me options. Ahmed, Kevin, and Mo installed three mini split units for our commercial space and they did it all in a day! They were kind, responsive, and very knowledgeable. I couldn't recommend them more!

My cooling system wasn’t working. I called Viktor and even though I leave in New Jersey, he came right a way to see what is needed to be fixed and he recommended to change all system because was 32 years old and wasn’t working. Viktor with his team came the next day and did great job. Very clean and quality. My AC is working perfectly and it is very quiet, love it and appreciate the team . I highly recommend them. Highly recommend, technicians were very friendly and professional. They answered all our questions and provided quick service resolving our heating issue. Extremely efficient.

My furnace quit on one of the coldest nights in 20 years here and Superbowl Sunday to boot. But Amad and Viktor were there in about 2 1/2 hours, saving my life! In the end my old furnace was not worth fixing, but they came the very next day to install a new one. They were very professional and amazingly on time both days.

Called them for an emergency heater issue, and they responded quickly. The technician worked quickly, explained everything clearly, and had us up and running in no time (well, they had to replace the entire heater, but they got it done in less than a day!). First time working with HVAC Philly, during this latest snow storm and cold snap, Viktor and Ahmed were prompt and maintained clear line of communication, diagnosed my issue in the morning and returned same day to replace the heating kit. Amazing! My heater broke down on the coldest day of the year(9 degrees). Hvac philly was out within a couple hours to diagnose my issue. They showed up on time, explained the problem (Rest in peace 19year old heater) and walked me through my options. I chose to replace the heater the next day and Victor and Ahmed were phenomenal. Very quick install, they walked me through the unit, cleaned up the area afterwards and were just so incredibly kind throughout the whole experience. They totally saved me and the house from turning into an ice cube, but their customer service was the most outstanding part. I highly recommend HVAC Philly!

Victor and Moe were absolutely outstanding! They methodically dealt with my failed furnace unit, and explained in detail the dangers associated with my 23 year old unit. Showing pictures inside and out. Victor and Moe convinced me that a new furnace was really my only option. They detected a dangerous gas leak right from the start, and immediately turned off the source. After agreeing to the new furnace, Moe and Victor installed it on Christmas Eve!!!!!! They took their time, were extremely courteous, and it became quite clear that they put their customer's first!!!!! Best installers I ever had at my residence. Moe and his team are fantastic! He's the rare contractor who's responsive, knowledgeable AND puts the customer first. It's very rare to find all three qualities! I called HVAC Philly to get a second opinion on furnace issues because the first company I hired was unable to fix the issue after about a week of back and forth. Mo immediately identified the issue and walked me through what next steps should be. I ended up just replacing the entire furnace based on Moe's recommendation and the installation went seamlessly. Just wish I find this company sooner

Moe was honestly a breath of fresh air. As a single woman, I sometimes am afraid that service people will take advantage of me. Moe was so reassuring, informational and kind to me. He also broke down what I was paying for and why step by step before I even asked. It was a great experience.

The HVAC Philly team is incredible! They have helped me with my AC and heating systems for two houses over the past three years. My furnace wasn’t working due to a non-functional heating sensor and Mo walked me though every step to diagnose it and make the necessary repair. Now, even though it’s below freezing outside in Philly, it’s toasty in my house. I have a ton of appreciation for Mo’s service and will use again if anything ever goes wrong with my HVAC. Would recommend!

Highly recommended. Very professional technicians diagnosed and solved problem with furnace quickly without the upsell (igniter and circuit board generating a short). Was in contact with representative, Moe, entire time, who was honest and helped me troubleshoot the issue over the phone before we even scheduled the technician visit.
